Do you really come to my location?
Yes. We're a mobile Subaru service — we come to your home, office or roadside anywhere in Nairobi and the surrounding areas. For major engine work we may advise a workshop, but most jobs are done on-site.
Which Subaru models do you work on?
All of them — Forester, Outback, Legacy, Impreza, WRX, STI, XV and more, across EJ, FB and FA boxer engines.
Do you rebuild salvage / accident Subarus?
Yes — mechanically. We recondition accident and salvage Subarus: engine, drivetrain, suspension and electrical systems, with a full scan and road-test before handover. (We focus on mechanical and electronic work, not body panel beating.) Send us photos for an honest assessment first.
Can you program and code Subaru ECUs and TCMs?
Yes. We handle engine ECU and CVT TCM programming and coding, key & immobilizer registration, throttle and CVT relearns, and live-data diagnostics — fixing electronic faults that simply swapping parts won't solve.
Do you sell complete engines and gearboxes?
Yes — complete and short engines, cylinder blocks and heads, valvetrain, gearboxes (manual, auto and CVT) and all internal components, across EJ, FB, FA, EZ and EL15. We supply and fit at a fair price; send your model, year and engine code for availability.
Can you convert an automatic Subaru to manual?
Yes. We do full automatic/CVT to manual conversions — gearbox, pedal box, clutch, flywheel, ECU and wiring — all road-tested before handover.
